LHA LALA PEEL
The LHA LALA Peel is a Korean medical-grade chemical exfoliation treatment designed to deeply purify the pores while hydrating and strengthening the skin barrier. It uses Lipo-Hydroxy Acid (LHA) and Polyhydroxy Acids (PHA), including lactobionic acid and gluconolactone, to gently exfoliate with minimal irritation. It’s ideal for sensitive, congested, acne-prone, or inflamed skin, and is often used as part of an acne control or skin-calming protocol. It promotes clearer, smoother, and brighter skin without harsh peeling or flaking.
WHAT IS THE LALA PEEL?
The LHA LALA Peel is an advanced chemical exfoliation treatment designed to gently resurface the skin, reduce breakouts, smooth skin texture, and support the skin’s natural regeneration processes. Unlike traditional aggressive peels, it’s formulated to be effective yet suitable for sensitive or compromised skin types. The LALA Peel focuses on low irritation with high performance and is ideal for those looking to improve dullness, congestion, and premature ageing with minimal downtime.
Key Components:
LHA (Lipo-Hydroxy Acid)
A derivative of salicylic acid with a larger molecular size, allowing for precise, slow, and gentle exfoliation.
Targets clogged pores, acne, and dull skin by exfoliating the outermost layer of dead skin cells.
Anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties make it ideal for acne-prone and sensitive skin types.
Refines texture, clears congestion, and improves overall skin clarity.
P-SOL (Polyhydroxy Solution)
A complex blend of polyhydroxy acids (PHAs) that provide mild chemical exfoliation while also acting as humectants (attracting moisture).
Enhances skin hydration while gently removing dead skin cells, improving tone and texture.
Antioxidant-rich, making it ideal for skin barrier support and sensitive skin types.
Supports collagen synthesis and helps with post-inflammatory pigmentation.
Lipids
Essential skin barrier components that restore and protect the skin’s moisture barrier.
Aid in skin barrier repair post-peel, reducing irritation and preventing transepidermal water loss (TEWL).
Improve elasticity, hydration, and reduce flakiness or tightness after treatment.
Critical in post-procedure comfort, especially for dry, reactive, or ageing skin.

Difference From Other Peels
The LALA Peel is a revolutionary skin treatment that differs from traditional acid-based peels by using a neutral pH formulation (pH 5.5) centred around LHA (Lipo-Hydroxy Acid). This innovative approach allows for gentle yet effective skin rejuvenation without causing visible exfoliation or harsh side effects. Rather than peeling the skin through aggressive acid action, the LALA Peel works by stimulating collagen production from within, promoting skin regeneration at a deeper level. It combines carefully optimised key ingredients—LHA, P-SOL, and lipids—to target various skin concerns such as acne, sensitivity, dullness, and textural irregularities.
This treatment is especially suitable for sensitive and problem-prone skin, as it offers minimal irritation and downtime. Unlike traditional peels that often cause redness, dryness, or flaking, the LALA Peel is designed to be non-disruptive, with a much lower risk of discomfort, discolouration, or inflammation. Most clients can return to their normal skincare and daily routine immediately after treatment. With its calming, hydrating, and barrier-repairing benefits, the LALA Peel provides a balanced solution for improving overall skin health, tone, and texture—without compromising the skin’s integrity.
Key to great skin
BENEFITS
The LALA Peel mimics the skin’s natural exfoliation process, offering a much gentler alternative to traditional chemical peels. It significantly reduces irritation, redness, and itching, making it ideal even for those with highly sensitive or reactive skin. Developed with a unique combination of LHA (Lipo-Hydroxy Acid) and alkaline ingredients, the LALA Peel addresses many of the common drawbacks associated with conventional exfoliants—such as harsh peeling, extended downtime, or increased skin sensitivity.
By maintaining a neutral pH of 5.5, it respects the skin’s natural barrier while still delivering powerful regenerative results. It helps to clear clogged pores, reduce breakouts, and even out skin tone without compromising hydration or barrier integrity. Additionally, it promotes collagen synthesis, improves skin elasticity, and enhances overall skin texture. Rich in lipids, it also reinforces the skin’s moisture retention, helping to restore a healthy glow and smooth, plump finish.
The LALA Peel is suitable for all skin types, including those with acne, rosacea, pigmentation, dullness, or compromised skin barriers. Its low-irritation formula makes it a go-to choice for anyone seeking radiant, revitalised skin without the harsh side effects commonly associated with other peels.

CHEMICAL PEEL FAQ
During your consultation, your clinician will assess your skin and recommend any necessary products before your chemical peel. Typically, a serum containing the primary ingredient of the peel is advised to allow your skin to adjust to the ingredient before the full-strength chemical peel. This serum is usually used in the 2 weeks leading up to your peel, though the timeframe may vary based on individual needs. Additionally, it’s important to avoid facial laser treatments for 1 week before undergoing a peel procedure.
Upon arrival, you’ll complete a consultation form, providing details about your skin type, medical history, and prior treatments. Following this, you’ll have a private discussion with an experienced clinician who will evaluate your specific needs, propose a customized plan, and guide you through the treatment process, including pre-care and aftercare instructions. This consultation ensures that any questions or concerns you have about your treatment are addressed thoroughly.
The majority of patients can tolerate chemical peels with minimal discomfort. Some may feel a warm to hot sensation or tingling during the treatment.

Side effects of chemical peels can vary depending on the peel’s ingredients and other factors. The most common post-peel side effects include flaking, peeling, and mild dryness. These are considered positive signs as they indicate regeneration of skin cells, leading to skin improvement. However, not all patients will experience these side effects, as it depends on the type of peel used and individual factors.
After the procedure, it’s crucial to avoid direct sun exposure for 5-10 days, including solariums. Use physical sun protection with a minimum SPF of 30. Refrain from waxing and hair removal procedures for 7-14 days post-procedure, and avoid facial treatments for at least 14 days. Steer clear of strenuous activities for 24 hours, including hot Yoga, and avoid using steam rooms and saunas. Exfoliating products should not be used for 3-5 days or as advised by your clinician. If any scabbing occurs, do not pick the skin; instead, contact your clinician for appropriate guidance. Proper post-peel product usage is crucial to maintain skin integrity and will be discussed during your consultation, with recommended formulas provided.
