At Body Contour Studio, we believe in allowing our clients to choose when they would like to undergo their procedures at a time suitable to them.
The booking system implemented here allows you, the client, to pick a time and date suitable to you within the time-frames that our staff operate in.

Booking Terms & Condition:

When making a booking through our website, portal or platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions;

  1. Bookings made through the system require;
    1. A deposit of $50.00 (NON-REFUNDABLE).
  2. 72 hour notice is required for any reschedules or you will lose your session booking (if already paid) or the $50 non-refundable deposit.
  3. If you reschedule within 72 hours, the $50 non-refundable deposit will still be used as a deposit;
  4. Cancellation of any bookings 72 hours before the booking date will result in the following;
    1. Loss of non- refundable deposit or,
    2. Loss of the booking (applies to package bookings if already paid )
  5. All procedures will need to be paid in full on the day less amount paid for deposit before the commencement of the procedure. (Cash , Credit Card, Afterpay or Zip Pay).
  6. Once booking has been made, an invoice will be forwarded to you.
  7. We reserve the rights to make subsequent changes to bookings at any time, with adequate notice provided to you by way of; email, phone or SMS.

** Note: This is a home-based clinic. Please check your Inbox or Spam Inbox for your login credentials to access your personal dashboard. All booking details and other forms required to be completed prior to your appointment will be located in the same email.
